This Vor-Tech fabric is a double layered laminated fabric. The face fabric is a jacquarded nylon which is Teflon treated, repelling oil and dirt.
The Vor-Tech membrane is micro-porous and laminated to the face fabric. The micro-porous membrane has two features: it allows perspiration to escape through the pores in the membrane without allowing water in, and also acts as a wind breaker.
The hat also features an elastic sweatband for comfort fit and a 45 Degree titled hat brim for shade protection.
As well as being a waterproof fabric the hat has a UPF rating of 50+ "Excellent Protection"
